Pulan® is the most widely used nitrogen fertilizer in Poland. It is a universal fertilizer, to be used in presowing and top dressing treatment for all arable crops from spring to summertime, for permanent crops, vegetable growing and in orchards. On neutral and freshly-limed soils the fertilizers should be mixed with the soil but in top dressing application it should be used before expected rainfall to avoid nitrogen loss. It is more effective on heavier soils. Homogenous granulation of the fertilizer enables uniform sowing on fields up to 33 m.
